ORDER

EDENFIELD, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This appeal arises from the bankruptcy of Delbert C. Bland, d/b/a Bland Farms (Bland), an onion farmer who failed to pay some of his farm workers. The “Farm-worker Creditors” challenge the bankruptcy court’s approval of a new financing lender’s (NFL’s) “superpriority lien” granted to it under 11 U.S.C. § 364 — a result that virtually eliminates the appellants’ chance of getting paid.
