1Opinion of the Court
Opinion
BEACH, J.
This is a mortgage foreclosure action in which the defendants Albert Rodrigues and Marie Rodrigues 1 appeal from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion of the plaintiff, JP Morgan Chase Bank, Trustee, to strike the defendants’ counterclaim, special defenses and setoffs. On appeal, the defendants claim that the court improperly granted the plaintiffs motion to strike. We affirm the judgment of the trial court and dismiss the portion of this appeal concerning the defendants’ special defenses.
