This case is an original, contested disciplinary action against Thomas O. Rost, who was admitted to practice law in this state on February 16,1966, but who has registered with the Kansas Supreme Court as being on retired status since October 1, 2005. The formal complaint filed by the office of the Disciplinary Administrator contained two counts, designated as Cases Nos. DA9925 and DA10014.
