This is a bill in equity wherein twenty-one plaintiffs seek compensation for damages, alleged to have been caused as a result of blasting operations conducted by the defendant A. G. Tomasello & Son, Inc. The case was heard upon demurrers of each defendant to the substitute bill of complaint allowed on September 15, 1933. The demurrers were overruled and an interlocutory decree was entered to this effect.
