This case has been before us before, and is reported as Mott et al. v. The Danville Seminary et al. 129 Ill. 403. At the former hearing, a demurrer, filed to the bill in the court below, had been sustained, and the bill had been dismissed by the Circuit Court. We thought the demurrer should have been overruled, and accordingly reversed the decree dismissing the •bill, and remanded the cause.
