This is an appeal by defendants from a decree in equity creating a constructive trust in land and ordering that title be transferred by defendants Mary Ann Tie-man and her husband, Richard Tieman, to plaintiff Gizella Mahler. The court also rendered judgment on defendants’ cross-bill in favor of the defendants in the amount of $3,214.12 plus $85.05 interest for loans made to the plaintiff.
