Appellant brought this action against appellees as representatives of “Kerman Grotto of the Mystic Order of Veiled Prophets of the Enchanted Realm,” an unincorporated organization of persons associated together for fraternal, charitable and social purposes, for damages for personal injuries received as a result of appellees’ negligence.
