delivered the Opinion of the Court. ¶1 Todd Deines (Deines) appeals an order of the Seventh Judicial District Court, Dawson County, denying his motion to suppress *2evidence of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI). We affirm.

¶2 The procedural issue on appeal is whether the District Court correctly denied Deines’ motion to suppress evidence of driving under the influence of alcohol obtained after Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Michael Briggs (Briggs) stopped Deines for running two red lights.
