The plaintiff, Norman J. Coltin (“Col-tin”), brings this action pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq. (“ADEA”); Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. (“Title VII”); the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. § 1981; and the Connecticut Fair Employment Practices Act, Conn.
