The plaintiff, Dora Moran (“the Plaintiff’), brings this action for damages pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101 et seq. (“the ADA”) against her former employer, Premier Education Group, LP d/b/a Branford Hall Career Institute (“the Defendant”), alleging that the Defendant discriminated against her based on a disability and discriminated against her based on the De fendant’s perception that she had a disability.
