One of the grounds upon which the plaintiffs sought to enjoin the issuance and sale of bonds of the municipality was, that one of the purposes for which the money arising from the sale was to be used was the establishment and operation of an ice plant, which plaintiffs contended would be illegal, for reasons set forth in the preceding statement of facts.
