A. R. Williamson filed his petition seeking to enjoin the Housing Authority of the City of Augusta and the City Council of Augusta from proceeding with the development and financing of a proposed slum-clearance and low-rent housing project for that city. The action was dismissed on general de*675murrer, and the plaintiff excepted. The petition attacks the constitutionality of the act approved March 30, 1937 (Ga.
