This matter comes before the Court on the motions of Bettie Jean Sanders (the “Debtor”), the debtor in the above-captioned cases, for reconsideration of an order entered on April 4, 2008 granting RSL Holdings, LLC (“RSL”) relief from the automatic stay pursuant to § 362 of the Bankruptcy Code 1 to continue an eviction proceeding against the Debtor and to obtain possession of the Debtor’s residence, a house located at 1254 Broadway, also known as 1060 Green Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. 11221 (the “Property”).
