Plaintiff LeSaint Logistics, LLC (“Le-Saint”) filed a three count amended complaint against Defendants Electra Bicycle Company, LLC (“Electra”) and Trek Bicycle Corporation (“Trek”) (collectively, “Defendants”). LeSaint’s claims arise out of Defendants’ alleged breach of contract, intentional interference with business relations, and fraud. Elektra and Trek move to dismiss all claims brought against them under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). For the reasons stated below, the court grants the motion in part and…
