I. Introduction
This is a contract dispute arising out of agreements between Plaintiff General Electric Company (“GE”) and Defendant Compagnie Euralair, S.A. (“Euralair”). GE is a New York corporation whose business includes the manufacture of aircraft engines. Affidavit of Aaron Marcu, Attorney for Plaintiff (“Marcu Aff.”), Ex. 2 (Complaint) ¶ 6.
