MEMORANDUM OPINION

LIMBAUGH, District Judge.

Plaintiffs have brought this action alleging that the defendant has violated the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq. (as amended) by failing to compensate them for hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours per week as night loaders. They further allege that the defendant has retaliated against them for filing this lawsuit by engaging in acts of harassment and failing to hire two of the plaintiffs as regular full-time night loaders.
