This case charges a conspiracy to fraudulently obtain Puerto Rico medical licenses for numerous persons who allegedly failed one or more parts of the medical revalidation examination. The government noticed its intent to prove that certain applicants earned failing scores on the revalidation exams through the testimony of expert witnesses Mr. Jay Scheurer and Dr. Steven Klein.
