Co-defendants Advanced Neuromodulation Systems (“ANS”) and St. Jude Medical Puerto Rico, LLC (“St. Jude”) (collectively, “Defendants”) bring the motion in limine to strike the April 9, 2010 Preliminary Report and expected testimony proffered by Theodore Milo (“Milo”) that presently stands before the Court (Docket No. 37). Milo serves as the expert witness for Walter Jimenez Carrelo and Jennifer Gonzalez Asencio (“Plaintiffs”).
