— Plaintiffs D. Scott Haan and Patrice Amity Haan (“the Haans”) instituted this ejectment and trespass action against defendants John A. Wells, John A. Wells, Jr. and William Wells (“the Wells”) on November 9,2011, seeking to eject them from a parcel of land situated inNewton Township, Lackawanna County, and to enjoin any further unprivileged entry upon that land.
