Appellant, Paulette Cassel-Hess, appeals from the order entered on March 29, 2011, granting summary judgment to Norman K. Hoffer and Matthew D. Hoffer, d/b/a 4507 Associates (collectively “Appel-lees”). We affirm in part, vacate in part, and remand.

On October 9, 2009, Appellant instituted the current action by filing a complaint against Appellees.
