Following a bench trial, Appellant Somer E. Patton (“Defendant”) was convicted of the class D felony of Driving While Intoxicated, section 577.010. 1 Defendant was sentenced to four years in the Missouri Department of Corrections; however, execution of the sentence was suspended and Defendant was placed on five years supervised probation. Defendant raises two points on appeal. She first avers the evidence was insufficient to support her conviction.
