Annalea R. Bremenkamp (“Defendant”) was convicted, following a bench trial, of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, a violation of Section 195.211, 1 and possession of pseudoephed-rine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine, a violation of Section 195.420. She received concurrent sentences of eight years and five years’ imprisonment.
