JACKSON, District Judge.
This case is presently before the Court as a continuation of an action by a purchaser of a vacant 7.98-acre tract of land in southwest Washington, D.C. (the “Property”) to obtain contribution under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (“CERC-LA”), § 113(f), to the cost of removing subterranean contaminants belatedly discovered to infest the Property.
