Kenneth Morgan Marsh appeals a judgment convicting him of the second degree murder of his girlfriend’s two-year-old son, alleging the evidence is insufficient to sustain the verdict, the jurors were prejudiced by being allowed to view inflammatory autopsy photographs, instructional errors, an improper reference to his prior robbery conviction, the court’s *991erroneous refusal to allow him to present evidence regarding his rehabilitation and improper admission of evidence of his prior conviction for the purpose of impeachment.
