**328 *470 In April 2002, defendant Socorro Susan Caro was sentenced to death for killing three of her four children. This is her automatic appeal. We affirm the judgment below.

I. BACKGROUND

Caro and her husband, Dr. Xavier Caro (Xavier 1 ), had four children: Xavier (known as "Joey"), Michael, Christopher, and G.C.
