DOWD, Judge.

This is an action on an automobile insurance policy issued by the defendant to the plaintiff to recover for a total loss to plaintiff’s automobile. Plaintiff’s theory of recovery is that plaintiff’s son stole plaintiff’s automobile and wrecked it. Plaintiff sued under the comprehensive coverage *824provision of the policy insuring against loss to the automobile resulting from theft. The jury returned a verdict in plaintiff’s favor for $2,700.
