MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This case is before the Court on defendants’ motion for judgment on the pleadings. For the reasons set forth below, the Court grants in part and denies in part that motion.

BACKGROUND

From the 1940s to the 1970s, plaintiff A.P.I., Inc. (“API”) sold, distributed, and installed materials that contained asbestos. (Am. Compl. ¶ 2, Ex. 1, Docket No. 1.)
