FACTS

In three separate agreements, appellant Raymond B. Graber, II (“Graber”), then a shareholder of Outdoor Poster, Inc. (“Outdoor Poster”), acted as a guarantor of loan agreements between Comstock Bank (“Comstock”) and Outdoor Poster. On July 1, 1983, Comstock issued Outdoor Poster a $425,000.00 construction loan and received a priority interest in Outdoor Poster’s assets and a personal guarantee from Graber and his wife.
