This action is one in admiralty. The appellants, Puget Sound Freight Lines and Pacific Indemnity Company, an employer and its insurance carrier, respectively, filed a libel in the District Court of the United States for the Western District of Washington, Northern Division, seeking to have set aside an award in favor of one F.
