Plaintiff Christine Callahan (“Plaintiff’) and Defendant Michael F. Callahan (“Callahan”) were divorced by way of a Final Judgment and Decree of Divorce filed in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, on August 13, 1997.
