This is an order to show cause on a prejudgment motion, pursuant to CPLR 5229, compelling defendants to appear for examinations concerning the nature, extent and location of their assets, and restraining them from making or suffering any sale, assignment, transfer or interference with property in which they have an interest in, as if a restraining notice had been served upon them after judgment.
