Plaintiff Larry Klayman (“plaintiff’ or “Klayman”) brings this action against U.S. District Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly (“Judge Kollar-Kotelly”), U.S. Circuit Judge David Sentelle (“Chief Judge Sentelle”), the Judicial Council for the District of Columbia (“Judicial Council of the D.C. Circuit”), and the Office of the Circuit Executive (collectively, “defendants”), seeking equitable and injunctive relief.
