In this breach of contract action, the defendant property owner, John Vuoso, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, which awarded the plaintiff broker, Levy, Miller, Maretz, LLC, areal estate commission for the lease of the defendant’s commercial propexty. On appeal, the defendant claims that the court incorrectly awarded a real estate commission, attorney’s fees and couxt costs to the plaintiff.
