The non-party appellant, Russell A. Weber, Esq. (the “appellant” or “Weber”), appeals from an April 8, 1998 Order of United States Bankruptcy Judge Dorothy D.T. Ei-senberg, sua sponte directing him to disgorge attorney’s fees in the sum of $1,000 to the Debtor, MPM Enterprises, Inc., and permanently barring him from appearing before any Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of New York.
