Introduction
Before the Court is the motion of the Chapter 7 Trustee Debra Kramer, for sanctions against Karamvir Dahiya, Esq. and Dahiya Law Offices, LLC (together, “Dahiya”), in an adversary proceeding brought in connection with the bankruptcy case of Shahara Khan.
