Torres (Louan), the surviving spouse of Alfred Torres, Jr. (Alfred), appeals from the Family Court of the First Circuit’s: (1) November 17, 1999 order granting the motion of plaintiff-appellee Mar-got C. Torres (Margot), Alfred’s ex-spouse, for entry of an amended “qualified domestic relations order”; and (2) December 17, 1999 order denying Louan’s motion for reconsideration of the grant of Margot’s motion.
