These are cross appeals arising out of the actions of the district court in dismissing a negligence count in plaintiff’s libel complaint against defendant newspaper and in granting plaintiff’s motion to compel the disclosure of three of defendant newspaper’s confidential sources and information conveyed by them to defendant.
