Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Breslin, J.), rendered May 31, 2007, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of course of sexual conduct against a child in the first degree (two counts) and rape in the first degree.
Defendant and the mother of the victim (born in 1991) were married in 1998, separated in 2003 and then divorced.
