The defendants1 appeal from the trial court’s postjudgment ruling incorporating a settlement agreement between the defendants and the plaintiffs, James C. Bemet and Lisa Bemet. On appeal, the defendants claim that the court improperly (1) refused to grant them an extension of time as to the date of the second payment for $200,000 in a stipulated judgment totaling $500,000 in payments and (2) granted summary enforcement of the stipulated judgment.
