This action was brought by C. D. Bishop and Enos O. Bishop, the appellants herein, against Garland Tolbert, Lee Alice T. Brockman, the respondents herein, to enforce the specific performance of a contract made by the appellants with the respondents whereby they agreed to sell to the appellants a tract of land containing 19.9 acres, more or less, located in Greenville County, South Carolina.
