liln 2013, appellant Joseph Adkins entered guilty pleas to two counts of aggravated robbery and one count of theft of property, and residential burglary. 1 The trial court imposed an aggregate sentence of 360 months’ imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction, with an additional 120 months’ suspended. Adkins filed a petition for postconviction relief under Arkansas Rule of Criminal Procedure 37.1 (2014) that the trial court dismissed for lack of verification.
