In this tort action for personal injuries and property damage arising from an auto collision, plaintiffs Lora Weaver, Richard Weaver, and Deal’s Heating and Air appeal the grant of summary judgment to the defendants City of Statesboro (the City) and its police officer Richard Saxon, arguing that sovereign and official immunity did not bar their actions against the defendants.
