— This is a controversy over the claimed right of Edward Coveil, a judgment creditor of Andrew Hackett and the community consisting of Andrew and Della P. Hackett, both deceased, to have sold, under an execution issued upon the judgment after the death of both Mr. and Mrs. Hackett, real property situated in Spokane county and owned by Mr. Hackett and the community at the time of the rendering of the judgment, upon which real property the judgment became a lien by virtue of its rendition while they were alive.
