The plaintiff, John Kelleher, commenced this action in the superior court for Skagit county, seeking to have enjoined the enforcement by execution of a personal money judgment rendered against him in that court in favor of the defendant Foley. The'plaintiff rests his right to the relief prayed for upon the ground that the judgment has *324been rendered dormant by the lapse of time.
