This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Joel A. Drucker (“Drucker” or the “Plaintiff’), seeking to execute a judgment entered by this Court in his favor against Eileen Grodetzky (“Grodetz-ky” or the “Debtor”) on one-half of a bank account jointly held by Grodetzky and her mother, Rosalind Goldstein (“Goldstein”). Grodetzky opposes the Plaintiffs motion, arguing that the funds in the bank account are not subject to execution because they belong solely to Goldstein.
