HASTIE, Circuit Judge.

Invoking the jurisdiction of the district court under sections 15 and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 25 and 26, the plaintiff instituted this private civil action to enjoin the defendant, International Business Machines, Inc., (hereafter abbreviated “IBM”) from acquiring the assets of another corporation, Science Research Associates, Inc.
