ROGERS, Chief Judge:
Petitioner, Robert F. Warner, is seeking review of an order of the District of Columbia Department of Employment Services (“Agency”) affirming the denial of workers’ compensation benefits under the District of Columbia Workers’ Compensation Act of 1979 (“Compensation Act” or “Act”), D.C.Code §§ 36-301 to -345 (1988), and remanding his retaliatory discharge claim under the Act for further findings.
