WARING, District Judge.
In the above entitled cause the United States instituted proceedings in this court on November 18, 1942, by filing in the court a letter from the Commissioner of the Federal Public Housing Authority addressed to the Attorney General requesting condemnation of the tract described in the pleadings. At the same time the United States Attorney for this district filed his Petition for Condemnation, Lis Pendens, Declaration of Taking; and I signed and filed an Order of Judgment on this Declaration.
