[1] The first and second assignments of error are based upon the rulings of the trial court on demurrer to the complaint. These assignments are not considered for the reason that there is no judgment on demurrer shown in the record that will support an appeal. What purports to be a copy of the judge’s bench notes appears, but this is not sufficient and is not a judgment of the court.
