This is an appeal by the administratrix of the estate of Gus Rose, deceased, from a directed verdict entered in favor of Miller Company (Miller), a corporation. We affirm.

Plaintiff's intestate, Gus Rose, died as a result of an accident on 10 January 1978 in Dallas County. At that time, Rose was employed by Dallas Welding Machine and Metal Company (Dallas Welding) as a welder and had been employed in such capacity for approximately seventeen years.
